Die lubricants

Mold release agent comprises a functional siloxane, a crosslinker, a thickening agent, a base, and water. The functional siloxane is dispersed in water. We offer a variety of Die Lubricants like Water-Based Mold Release Lubricants , die casting mold release lubricants, die casting mold release agents , Metal Die Cast lubricants, High pressure die casting die lubricant, HPDC lubricant, Release agents, Die Coat, Synthetic paint able die lubricants. Die lubricant compositions are available in different grades in order to meet the different demands of the clients. Our Die Casting Lubricants are used to provide proper finishing to the alloys. Each grade has its special feature to suit the different requirements. Our Die Casting Lubricants augment the overall steadiness of the castings.

• Hauberk Lube 2595   Water base die lubricant prevent welding of molten metal to the die and release the cavity easily without distortion and lubricate the moving parts such as ejector pins & cores, helps lower the temperature of the die.
• Hauberk Lube 2634   Water based die lubricant with smart polymer technology. This unique property translates to reduced solder, enhanced release and wetting characteristics while producing bright and clean castings. 
• Hauberk Lube 2790   Water based highly concentrated mold release agent with smart polymer technology for complex die molds dressing, provides bright & clean castings and eliminate paint peel-off issue to the finished products for Al, Zn & Mg alloys, with dilution ratio (1:200)
